    New pizza, craft beer restaurant opening on Lexington’s Harrodsburg Road

    A pizza chain known for its craft pies and pints is opening in Lexington this month.

    PARLOUR Pizza + Pints , based in Indiana, is opening its first location here at 2099 Harrodsburg Rd., in what had been Lexington’s last O’Charley’s restaurant .

    A grand opening and ribbon cutting is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Oct. 28, with a First Responders Event (free) on Oct. 24 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Youth Sports Night (free) Oct. 24 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.; and Charity Night Oct 25 4 to 8 p.m., with proceeds to benefit local non-profits including CASA of Lexington and the Woodstock Animal Foundation .

    “Expansion into the Lexington market is just another big step in PARLOUR’s plans to become a national player in the restaurant industry” said Don Robinson, CEO and President of PARLOUR. “This will be our seventh location and will introduce PARLOUR’s renowned and award-winning menu to Lexington as well as unveil an entirely new and innovative restaurant design, promising a dining experience that goes beyond expectations.”

    Robinson said they hoped to open another location in Hamburg area next spring, with a third coming elsewhere in Lexington.

    How is Parlour different

    The Harrodsburg road location will be one of the chain’s biggest, with more than 7,000 square feet of indoor dining space, plus a covered patio. The restaurant will feature a “Big Blue” lounge and entertainment space and will showcase artwork from local artists.

    “What that makes PARLOUR stand out from other restaurants is we are trying to bring an elevated concept to the pizza sector,” Robinson said. “We offer a relaxed vibe, lots of TVs to watch your favorite teams, great indoor/outdoor space, plus exceptional, handmade menu items, craft cocktails and pizzas, grinders and wings for all taste buds.”

    Established in 2020 in Jeffersonville, Ind., PARLOUR’s slogan is “People-Pizza-Pints” and the menu includes smoked wings, grinder sandwiches and calzones as well as 10-inch and 14-inch pizzas. Signature dishes also include the Sriracha Bourbon BBQ Nachos.

    PARLOUR also features an extensive craft beer selection and hand-crafted cocktails.
