    Final statistics from Kentucky football’s 48-20 defeat at Florida

    The University of Kentucky football team was defeated by the Florida Gators 48-20 at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, Fla., on Saturday in a 2024 Southeastern Conference game for both teams.

    The Wildcats are now 3-4 overall and 1-4 in the SEC for head coach Mark Stoops. Florida, coached by Billy Napier, is 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the league.

    Kentucky returns to action Saturday, Oct. 26 against Auburn at Kroger Field (7:45 p.m., SEC Network).
