Toledo man indicted for fatal crash while allegedly driving drunk
TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A Lucas County grand jury indicted a Toledo man for allegedly hitting and killing another man while driving drunk. The grand jury indicted Steven Duckett, 63, of Toledo, on two counts of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide and two counts of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence on July 16. He’s charged in a crash that killed 56-year-old David Heath, of Toledo, in 2023.
