After averaging 20.1 PPG at Kansas in his senior season, Jalen Wilson had to take on an entirely different role as a rookie in the NBA. He was the epitome of a role player, averaging 5.0 PPG and 3.0 RPG in 15.5 minutes per game in 2023-2024. With that being said, he was able to take on a leading role (as he once did with the Jayhawks) this season in Summer League when he became the #1 scoring option for Brooklyn.

Sewer line maintenance is under way
Manhattan City sewer maintenance crews are performing large sewer line maintenance this week. Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This work will be in the 300 and 400 blocks of 3rd Street and 4th Street, from Bluemont Avenue to Fort Riley Boulevard. Ensure all toilet lids are down and floor drains are covered. If your traps become dry and an odor occurs, pour water into the floor drain to air out the room and alleviate the odor.
