Alum Named Chief Marketing Officer of Dallas-based Beverage Company
Texas A&M University-Commerce alum Tatiana Chamorro was recently named the Chief Marketing Officer of Shaken Beverage Co., a Dallas-based alcoholic beverage company that operates under the parent company Unexpected Products, which packages their drinks to store ingredients separately, allowing the consumer to personalize their mixed drinks. Chamorro, a native of Nicaragua, is a two-time graduate of A&M-Commerce, earning a B.A. in Liberal Studies in 2016 and an M.B.A. in 2020. A tireless marketer, Chamorro has held positions with marketing firms such as HITE Digital and Toucan Cocktails. She also currently serves on the A&M-Commerce Alumni Foundation Board. Dallas Police Launch Investigation into Fatal Munger Avenue Shooting
Tragedy struck late Wednesday evening on Munger Avenue, where Dallas police discovered a young man, Charles Dennis III, succumbing to gunshot wounds. According to the Dallas Police Department, officers were summoned at 10:48 pm to the 3500 block of Munger Avenue after a shooting call came in. Found outside a building, the man was quickly taken to a local hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue but tragically did not survive.
