LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala.–A 19-year-old from Florence died Thursday evening after his motorcycle struck a car near Rogersville, according to ALEA Senior Trooper Brandon Bailey. Update: Heat advisory affecting North Alabama until Friday evening
On Friday at 2:25 p.m. an updated heat advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 7 p.m. for Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Morgan, Marshall and Cullman counties.
