Independence Health System Expands Women’s Health to Seneca
Independence Health System recently expanded its women’s health services to the offerings at 2 Park Way, Seneca. Joining the location from Women’s Care Associates is Jayme Baumcratz, RN, MSN, FNP-C, IBCLC, who has more than 20 years of experience in nursing, including specialized training as a board-certified lactation consultant. Jayme received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarion University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago.

Manor Township to apply for grant to upgrade furnace, air conditioner
Thanks to a new program from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Manor Township might be upgrading its municipal building’s furnace and air conditioning system. The township’s board of supervisors, at its Aug. 16 meeting, approved a motion to apply for a DEP grant, to which they could receive up to $50,000 for energy efficiency improvements like purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner.
