Arrest made, man charged after woman found fatally shot in Lincoln County
HARTS — West Virginia State Police has released the name of the woman whose body was found on Taunton Way in Harts, Lincoln County, and an arrest has been made in the case. Marissa Brandjes of Parkersburg was found on June 24 and later identified by tattoos on her lower calves. State Police had released photos of the tattoos to the public for help identifying the body after the State Medical Examiner’s Office was unable to make a positive identification.
