    Nebraska recruit from Hawaii to announce commitment on June 30

    An interior offensive lineman has announced his commitment date. Houston Kaahaaina-Torres will make his official announcement on June 30th.

    Kaahaaina-Torres is a three-star prospect from St. Louis High School in Honolulu, Hawaii. He will pick among his final four schools, which include Arizona State, Michigan State , Nebraska, and Utah.

    Nebraska has had recent recruiting success in the state. The Cornhuskers received the commitment of interior offensive lineman Preston Taumua, Hawaii’s No. 1 player for 2024.

    The Huskers class of 2025 is currently ranked No. 34 in the nation and tenth in the Big Ten Conference. 45% of the class currently comes from in-state.
