Summer art class reception held at the museum
MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) - Sunday the summer youth classes of Meridian museum of art held a reception. In the museum the students of all the art classes had their work displayed. From ages 6-17, each student had a masterpiece of work. Students of ages 6-12 did pottery, drawings and paintings while students of 13-17 did paintings and portfolio preparation.
Meet Goldie, the PAHS Pet of the Week
Goldie is a 4-year-old female Chihuahua mix who must be spayed before adoption. She was found as a stray out in the county and no owner came looking for her. Goldie is white with black markings; and she only weighs 9 pounds. She is a friendly little gal who gets along well with other dogs. SEHS Punter Colby Beyer Wins Competition at Florida State University Summer Camp
Stanhope Elmore High School senior punter Colby Beyer recently won a punt competition during a summer camp at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. The competition featured more than 40 punters from around the country.
