Clearly the cause of the problem is the over loaded dump trucks coming from the Elementary School addition, with 40 years in the industry, knowing the weight of dirt by the cubic yard I estimate the trucks weighed in excess of 120000lbs.. The trucks as they passed my house had dirt falling off the side boards and brakes squealing. These overweight trucks single-handedly caused the issue of water line breakage..the water tank on top of Lincoln Ave has round rivets in its construction which predates it before WW2..I Imagine the water lines under Ward are of similar vintage
