Carmel realigns duties for two city leaders
A new alignment of duties for key leadership functions within the City of Carmel is creating new operational efficiencies. Rebecca Carl has broadened her duties, assuming the role of chief of staff, filling the position previously held by Jim Crider. In the role supporting the mayor’s office, Carl will continue her oversight of the city’s marketing and communications functions. Prior to serving the city, Carl fulfilled similar leadership roles at Indiana University and IU Health.

INDIANAPOLIS – Fishers took to the road Friday night and it took no time at all for their offense to get off on the right foot.
