A rising key problem for patients within the medical field involving geisinger and it's employees.

It's pretty sad that a person k ows they have a psychological problem an part of that problem lies within the medical practices of our surrounding geisingers. With reports from the security missing,dates changed,and lack of care for people is horrible. Most of the "nurses" should have a background check and look into their credentials. Most of them didn't even finish high-school and the public wonders why there is a problem. Most likely the unions itself. From nursing to security it seems to be the issue everywhere not just the hospitals. How is one to get proper help when you can't recieve in from where you are going. Clinic after clinic is everywhere which geisinger and none of them seem to be able to do things right or are not qualified for what they are doing. I'm sure if there is no qualifications these are people related to the problems. Techs,nurses,security,right to the top with the ceo. Where is he/she during all of this mess going on. Probably enjoying his life while others are destroyed. What a shame.
