The Lewiston-Auburn Balloon Festival announced Thursday that the Cumberland woman will be performing at the festival on Sunday, Aug. 18. Julia, as she is known professionally, will sing at 2 p.m. on the Platz Associates Main Stage in Simard-Payne Park.
