SAUGUS - A body found in Walden Pond on the Saugus-Lynnfield line Tuesday afternoon has been identified as missing Lynn teenager Brian Lopez. Brian Lopez, 17, hadn't been seen since Friday. He was last seen on surveillance video leaving his home and walking toward the Lynn woods. A witness who recognized Lopez from the footage said she saw him in the woods. Mass. man arrested twice within 4 days for OUI, Chelmsford police say
A Lowell man charged with two counts of OUI was arrested twice between Wednesday and Sunday, according to Chelmsford police. Cesar De Sousa Coutinho, 40, was charged with two counts of operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating with a suspended license, police said in a statement released Tuesday.

On Wednesday, July 31, Adrian Pena, 18, of Lynn, is scheduled to be arraigned in Lynn District Court and charged in the murder of Kai Burgos, 17, of Lynn. Burgos was fatally shot in the 40 Federal Street parking lot of Market Basket in Lynn on June 15. Pena was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service in the Dominican Republic on July 16.
