Get ready for Big Adventure at a Hydrous Wake Park!

If you or your kids want to try something new and really get the adrenalin going, a water ski cable wake park is the perfect option, especially for beginners.

We checked out Hydrous Wake Park, with 2 locations in Allen and Little Elm, which are both within a 30 minute drive of many parts of Plano. I bet you’ll love the concept. We have all the inside scoop for you!

The park offers wakeboarding, kneeboarding and wakeskating. For those who don’t know what that is – it basically uses a cable system rather than the traditional boat to pull you around the lake. It’s hassle free and you can get your skills up quickly.

While the Allen location is only open seasonally (during the Summer), Little Elm is open year round but only on certain days:

Location: 280 E Eldorado Pkwy, Little Elm, TX 75068

Opening Hours: Thursday and Friday, 2pm – 7pm, Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon – 7pm

The Cable Wake Park is open for private lessons, Summer Camps and open sessions for 2 hour minimums. There is an age limit, and kids who are 9 or below need to have had a private lesson ideally, (7-9 year olds can use the cable after they've taken a week long Summer Camp)

Private lessons start at $45 for a 25 minute session. Summer Camps start at $80 for a morning session.

But it's not just the Cable Wake Park at Lewisville Lake, they've also added an inflatable obstacle course too, which needs to be pre-booked for a 2 hour session! They've got inflatable slides, monkey bars and balance beams, for $18 per person. We think it would make a great birthday party too.
