LITTLE FALLS, NJ - The Little Falls Annual Fourth of July Street Fair brought the community together for a memorable day of celebration of fun on Thursday. The event transformed Main Street and Stevens Avenue into a bustling hub of activity.
Attendees enjoyed live music from local band "With Skies", whose energetic performance added a vibrant atmosphere to the festivities. Food trucks lined the streets, offering a diverse array of delicious treats that satisfied every palate, while craft vendors showcased their handmade goods, providing unique shopping opportunities for visitors.
One of the highlights of the day was the appearance of Santa Claus, who set up a special booth to greet fairgoers. Families took advantage of the opportunity to snag pictures with Santa and even book their holiday photo sessions in advance, bringing a touch of Christmas to the summer celebration.
"The Annual Fourth of July Street Fair has always been a staple event for Little Falls and this year's did not disappoint," Mayor James Damiano said. "A giant thank you to the PBA and everyone who helped make this event such a success."
Hosted by the Little Falls PBA #346, the street fair once again proved to be a hit, drawing crowds from all over the community. The event offered a perfect blend of entertainment, food, and community spirit, making it a cherished tradition for residents and visitors alike.
"I wanted to come out and support all the organizations," Woodland Park resident Erin Sedeyn told TAPinto Passaic Valley. "It's been amazing so far. It's nice to see a town being so involved with the community."
Some food vendors that participated included The Mozzarella God, These Freakin Empanadas, Tommy Scoops, and Kona Ice. Local vendors like Luna’s Bowtique, Made by Alyssa, and Ol’ Glory Flags were also in attendance.
Touch-a-Truck was set up for the kids courtesy of the DPW, Office of Emergency Management, and Police & Fire Departments in town. The PBA members, along with president Kevin Sayad, worked with Lindsay Hessenius and Dana Davidson from We’re All Tied Up to make this event possible.
"We were super happy with the turnout, Davidson said. "The streets were crowded with family and friends eating and shopping throughout the day."
