Utica man arrested in Sunday morning Eagle Street robbery
UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — A Utica man has been arrested after an early-morning robbery of an Eagle Street store on Sunday, according to Utica Police. Officers were called to the store on the 900 block of Eagle Street at approximately 4:50 in the morning on Sunday, August 25. It was reported to police that the store owner was notified of an alarm and was watching the suspect — later found to be 22-year-old Moises Cruz — inside the store on his cameras.
