KILLEEN, Texas (FOX 44) – Two people are dead in what Killeen Police are calling the city’s ninth murder of 2024. Killeen Police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1300 block of Karen Drive at approximately 8:39 p.m. Monday. This was in reference to a domestic disturbance involving an armed subject. Officers made entry to the residence and found one man and one woman dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

Remi is the daughter of Belton Firefighter/Medic Wissinger. She was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in January.
