AEW Twitter Reactions: MJF wins belt insane 60-minute AEW Dynamite match over Will Ospreay

All Elite Wrestling celebrated their 250th episode of Dynamite on Wednesday, and they had an electric card for the two-hour broadcast. Broadcasting from the Simmons Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas. The night kicked off with MJF vs Will Ospreay for the International Championship and fans got way more than they could've ever expected. The match went right down to the 60-minute time limit, spilled into the crowd where a little girl got some hits in, a man got dumped into a trash can, a table got broken, a wrestler had a dislocated shoulder popped back in and then later refused to go all-in.

    Insane.

The match started with MJF spraying water on the crowd before a fast-paced back and forth to start the actual action. MJF nailed a nice stunner after a series of flips and then landed a crucial cutter as he owned the early part of the match. Osprey took control with a handspring over the top rope, landing on MJF outside of the ring and then landing multiple twisting flips from the top turnbuckle. MJF landing a great kick to the face with Ospreay turned upside down up on the turnbuckles and then landed a great pile driver. MJF locked in a Figure 4 in the middle of the ring that Ospreay eventually was able to turn over to reverse the hold; but MJF flipped it back over until Ospreay eventually rolled over to the ropes for a break.

A hobbled Ospreay eventually landed his OsCutter, but was too broken down to go for a cover and MJF made his way out the ring. He missed a second one from outside the ropes though.

MJG took advantage, slamming Ospreay's injured shoulder into the stairs. He cotinued tow ork on the shoulder for the next several minutes, including a vicious shoulder breaker.  That led to a really creative slam

The match spilled into the crowd when this outstanding moment happened.

The out-of-ring action said count out be damned, and led to this hilarious trashing of MJF.

Somehow, Ospreay kicked out after a Long Island Sunrise landed perfectly.  At this point, the match was PLE worthy, but then Ospreay landed an OsCutter outside the ring and followed that up with an homage to Cody Rhodes (who uses an OsCutter of his own called the Cody Cutter) with a Cross Rhodes.

The action moved to the ring apron where after a few back-and-forths, Ospreay landed an amazing Styles Clash.

After a picture-in-picture break where Ospreay's shoulder was popped back into place by the ring doctor, a failed OsCutter led to an MJF tombstone pile driver.

Preening outside the ring didn't serve MJF well as Ospreay hit him with a vicious Hidden Blade.

MJF tried to land a Frankensteiner from the turnbuckles, but Ospreay stopped it and converted it into a second Styles Clash, of the Avalanche variety.

Undaunted, MJF eventually got Ospreay onto the table he himself had setup earlier in the match and MJF landed an elbow drop from the top rope.

After this the match felt like it was going too long. Match time was at least 55 minutes at this point and a series of almost pins was just drawing things out. Finally Ospreay tried to land a Frankensteiner from the top turnbuckle which MJF flipped out of, only for MJF to try the same and Ospreay flip out.

Back and forth, back and forth until Ospreay nailed a Spanish Fly and still he couldn't get a three count.

Down to just one minute remaining under the 60-minute time limit, Ospreay came close to putting MJF in a Tiger Driver, but decided against it.

This allowed MJF to get one last strike in before the time limit, shock the world and hear "And New!" International Champion.
