LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Major shakeups have occurred in the presidential race, with a flurry of activity in recent weeks.

Marcus Jones, the Democratic Congressional nominee in Arkansas’ 2nd District, joins Talk Business & Politics host Roby Brock. What issues are dominating the campaign trail? And what’s his take on President Biden stepping down, and Vice-president Kamala Harris stepping up?

Speaking of presidential politics, the GOP wrapped up their convention a week ago with former President Trump picking Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance as VP. Gov. Sarah Sanders had a key role in the convention, and the Democrats’ presidential shift roils the race. Republican strategist Sylvester Smith and Democratic strategist Michael Cook offer their takes.
