PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The week ahead slips into somewhat of an unsettled pattern with several rounds of rain through Thursday night. Our Monday will get started with mainly dry conditions though an isolated shower cannot be ruled out. Otherwise, skies will be partly sunny to start the day before more clouds develop into the afternoon.The chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms will also increase into the afternoon with periods of heavy rain possible. Flash flood warning affecting Philadelphia County until early Monday
A flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 7:59 p.m. in effect until Monday at midnight for Philadelphia County. "At 7:59 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly," explains the weather service. "Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low-lying areas."

Stolen Remains of 19 Black People Now Being Cared For By Philly Youth
Nationwide – A group of young people from Philadelphia who are a part of the National Youth Foundation are stepping up to care for and beautify the grave site for the stolen remains of 19 African Americans who died in the 1800s. Their remains were previously housed at Penn Museum which is owned by the University of Pennsylvania since 1966.
