The White Deer Estate hit the market as a seven-bed, 13-bath home tucked away in the foothills with the allure of easy access to the mountains and downtown.

While the outside of the home is a sight in itself, there’s even more on the inside.

Built in 2018, the realtor describes the home as “ancient modern.”

The home is covered inside and out in stone, which is even featured in the home gym that overlooks the indoor basketball court. Other features include a game room, theater, four-car garage, plenty of bedrooms and even more bathrooms.

Next to the over 14,000 square-foot house lies two other structures, a pool house and a barn that’s listed as an area that can host events. The barn comes with bathrooms, storage and a commercial kitchen.
