Jeremy Michael Heath, 48, was arraigned Monday, July 1, before 53rd District Court Magistrate Jerry Sherwood on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent, possessing a firearm while committing a felony and carrying a concealed weapon.

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MI -- Police arrested one man after he allegedly shot and killed an unarmed man during an altercation at a Livingston County tattoo parlor.
