UM Health-Sparrow released its quarter one (Q1) report on drug-related deaths in seven counties, including Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Ionia, Isabella, Livingston, and Shiawassee, in which it serves as medical examiner.

The body of Austin Berger, a man in his early 30s, was found Thursday, June 27 in Marl Lake in Tyrone Township, just south of Fenton.
