Illinois Man Arrested for Drug Possession in Livingston County
CHILLICOTHE, Mo - A Jerseyville, Illinois man is in custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center following an arrest early Wednesday morning in Livingston County. According to a probable cause statement, Chillicothe police pulled over 44-year-old Joshua Dickerman just after 2 after he was observed driving erratically on Washington Street. Dickerman was pulled over on eastbound Highway 36 and was seen appearing to hide items from the officer. A K9 unit was used to search Dickerman's vehicle where a tan crystal substance was discovered. The substance tested positive for methamphetamine during a field test.
