The Basketball Coaches Association of New York Summer Hoops Festival is approaching and the Central team rosters made up of Section III boys and girls have been announced. The BCANY Summer Hoops Festival is a three-day event that runs from July 26-28 at Johnson City Schools in Johnson City, just west of Binghamton.
