Davenport woman arrested after fight in hospital emergency room

An 18-year-old Davenport woman faces a charge of participation in a riot after a fight broke out in a hospital emergency room, according to court records.

Kadashia Rogers, who has been released on $5,000 bond, faces a felony charge of participation in a riot, arrest affidavits say.

About 1 a.m. Saturday, arrest affidavits say Davenport Police were called to a disturbance at Genesis Medical Center, 1227 E. Rusholme St., Davenport, where police say Rogers was fighting with two co-defendants in the waiting room of the emergency room.

The defendants were “screaming, kicking and punching” each other, police say in affidavits.

Rogers is set for a preliminary hearing Aug. 23 in Scott County Court.
