    Davenport holding reception for City Administrator finalists in September

    Davenport wants the public to meet the finalists for the City Administrator position.

    The city is hosting a public reception for residents to meet finalists for the position of City Administrator. The reception will be on Monday, September 9 from 5 – 7 p.m. in the Grand Lobby of the Figge Art Museum, 225 W. Second Street.

    Davenport has worked with an executive search firm to recruit qualified candidates from around the country. Finalists will be invited to Davenport on September 9th and 10th to take part in the next phase of the recruitment process, including interviews, community tours and the candidate reception. Light refreshments will be provided and information about the candidates will be available at the event.
