East Moline BMX hosts Illinois state qualifying event

East Moline BMX Speedway will host the Illinois State Qualifying Event this weekend, bringing BMX action to the Quad Cities. Expect more than 300 riders from across the Midwest, representing six states, competing in this USA BMX-sanctioned event.

When:

• Friday, Aug. 16: Double-point race. Registration 6-7 p.m., racing at 7 p.m.
• Saturday, Aug. 17: Single-point race. Registration 4-5 p.m., racing at 5 p.m.
• Sunday, Aug. 18: Illinois State Qualifier with double-points. Registration 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., racing at 12:30 p.m.

East Moline BMX Speedway, 1930 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline.
