    Jenny Colvin named River Bend Food Bank VP

    Chris Ford, CEO at River Bend Food Bank, named Jenny Colvin as the organization’s new Vice President, effective immediately.

    “As the new CEO of the Food Bank, I’ve placed our relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at the top of the priority list,” said Chris Ford, CEO at River Bend Food Bank. “In order to improve those relationships, I need a committed and driven person to help me lead the charge. Jenny Colvin is the right person for that job.”

    Colvin started working for River Bend Food Bank in 2018 when she was hired in the Major Gifts Office. She was later promoted to Chief Development Officer. She will be responsible for developing relationships in her new role that will provide the foundation with continued financial stability, clear and effective organizational communication, impactful programming, and trust within the organization’s partner network.

    “I’m excited about this new chapter at River Bend and grateful to be a part of it,” said Colvin. “Ending hunger in our local communities is more important than ever, and I am honored by Chris’ confidence in what we can accomplish together with our dedicated team.”
