Muscatine closing parking lot ahead of Almost Friday Fest

Muscatine is closing the small parking lot on the downriver end of Riverside Park (playground area) to traffic starting at 7 a.m. on Thursday, September 26 for Almost Friday Fest on the riverfront.

This is the final Almost Friday Fest for the season. Recoil will play from 5 – 8 p.m. Guests should bring lawn chairs to enjoy the concert, along with food vendors and a beer/wine tent.

what this stupid ignorant town fails to do is EXPAND PARKING LOTS ..what the hell is the purpose in closing ? I didn't bother reading the dumb article because it be a waste of time
