Moline closing part of 34th Street for utility work

Moline is closing part of 34th Street next week for construction.

There will be a complete road closure on 34th Street from 12th Avenue to Avenue of the Cities in Moline, starting on Monday, October 7 for utility services. Detours will be in place and work is expected to be completed by Friday October 11th.

Drivers are asked to avoid driving in the area when possible, consider using alternate routes, watch for workers and avoid using cell phones.
