    Keystone Central School District staff charged with corruption of minors

    LOCK HAVEN, CLINTON COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Officials say they have charged two staff members at Keystone Central School District for sending explicit messages to a child.

    According to the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office, 36-year-old Dana Ann Kitchen from Lock Haven and 29-year-old Brittany Kay Koch of Beech Creek allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to a 14-year-old juvenile.

    Kitchen and Koch sent those messages while employed at the Keystone Central School District, officials note.

    Both have been charged with corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor.

    Officials say they are both in Clinton County Prison with bail set at $25,000.
