‘Unwitting informant’ used in three cocaine buys from local man
Williamsport, Pa. — County detectives allegedly witnessed an individual sell cocaine on three separate occasions in April. An individual who bought cocaine from Mark Allen Seiders, 57, at a home in the 300 block of High Street delivered it to a confidential informant, County detectives said. Seiders was taken into custody on April 19 along with five grams of cocaine, a scale, packaging material, and a large amount of cash, according to a complaint. ...
