Lockn’ Festival is back again on August 25th – 28th with a unique and diverse lineup. In the past the festival hosted iconic artists such as Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Willie Nelson and Wilco to name a few. At this year’s festival Phish, Ween, My Morning Jacket, Brandi Carlile, Gary Clark Jr. and White Denim are some of the many incredible acts set to perform. The festival, known for its creativity, will feature an array of unprecedented performances, one of which is Circles Around the Sun, a new band led by guitarist Neal Casal (Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, Chris Robinson Brotherhood). This will be the band’s first ever live show.

White House awards Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority $2.5M to lower housing costs in Va.
VIRGINIA (WFXR)– The White House recently announced $325 million in funding from the Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant to seven communities across the country to build more homes and revitalize neighborhoods that have been left behind. One community receiving funding includes the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA), which received $2.5 million to help lower housing costs in Virginia.
