According to WKBN, a new program called "At Home in Youngstown" aims to increase homeownership in the city. Per the outlet, it is a result of $5 million obtained through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Elyria City Hall gets a facelift
Things were busy on the west side of Elyria City Hall this week, as the city worked on two renovations to the building through Friday. Man suspected of drinking and driving, leading police on a wrong-way chase on I-90 arrested
ELYRIA, Ohio (WOIO) - Sheffield Village Police arrested a 20-year-old man Thursday suspected of an alleged hit and skip after a chase, according to an Elyria Police report. Police arrested Geoffery George on I-90 near the 148-mile marker south of Detroit Road for failure to comply, obstructing official business, reckless operation and OVI, according to the report.
