Confirmed tornado Thursday in Logan County adds to increasing Ohio record
LOGAN COUNTY, Ohio — A new record has been set in the state of Ohio for the number of tornadoes seen in a single year, and this week, that number continued to climb. Last weekend, a confirmed tornado in the Cleveland area was the 63rd tornado to touch down in Ohio in 2024, surpassing the previous record of 62 set in 1992.
