An on-site Tesla, rentable e-scooters, valet parking and a private library — how's that for amenities?

With rents ranging from $2,000 to $8,000, Two Clinton Park is chock full of added value for renters, and is perhaps the most expensive apartment building in New Rochelle.

Whitney Arcaro, Chief Revenue Officer for RXR's residential properties, said the 390-unit residential tower offers a taste of city life without sacrificing a more suburban vibe.

“This is a classy Manhattan luxury building married to a five-star resort-style social and amenities space, which is important to the suburban area,” Arcaro said.

About 20% of the units have been occupied since June. A wide range of people live at Two Clinton Park, from young professionals, empty nesters to young families, Arcaro said. The majority of residents are between 35 and 45 years old.

Located next to its sister tower, One Clinton Park, a 28-story high-rise with 352 units which opened in 2022, the two RXR properties offer approximately 50,000 square feet of amenities and outdoor space across a shared, publicly accessible plaza.

Amenities at Two Clinton Park include landscaped terraces with sundeck (and views of the Long Island Sound and Manhattan skyline), grilling stations, lounge seating, firepits, pizza ovens; lounge with bar, screening room, golf simulator; a fitness center and spa facilities as well as private meeting rooms, co-working spaces, study nooks, a library and a children’s playroom. We mentioned the on-site Tesla already.

Arcaro said the project is also serves as a platform to connect residents and local businesses as well as offers a place for community gathering. Multiple activities that feature local artists and businesses have been hosted and planned at the plaza. Residents can request services like spa through an app that features local providers.

The developer, RXR, a New York City-based company, has built four mixed-use projects, including 360 Huguenot, One Clinton Park and Two Clinton Park, 11 Garden Street that provide a combined 1,241 units.

Built on the site of a former municipal parking garage at 28 South Division St., the redevelopment was touted by city officials as a resolution to address housing shortages in the area.

New Rochelle mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert said in a press release that the project marks an important milestone in the development of the downtown.

“As the fastest growing city in Westchester County and a recently designated pro-housing community, Two Clinton Park and its sister building next door help us fulfill our commitment to leading the way on addressing the region-wide housing shortage,” said Ramos-Herbert .
