It's no secret that apartments are springing up seemingly out of nowhere every year in Westchester. And while the median gross rent was about $1,762 in the county in 2022 (according to the Census Bureau's American Community Survey), there is a sliver of renters willing to go above that range to get what they truly want in an apartment.
According to Census data, 11% of Westchester renters paid $3,000 or more a month in 2022, and rents have only increased since then.
We rounded up some of the priciest apartments in Westchester, with units available in Tuckahoe, Mamaroneck, White Plains and New Rochelle.
