    Gabby Cabrera, North Rockland

She scored in all three games that North Rockland has played so far, totaling four goals and one assist. She scored both goals in a 2-0 win over New Rochelle, added another against Ossining, then hit the game-tying goal in a draw with White Plains.

    Eve Girardi, Tappan Zee

She was one of the top scorers in the Lower Hudson Valley last season, and she's picked up from where she left off. Girardi piled up eight goals and five assists over the Dutchmen's first five games, highlighted by a four-goal, two-assist performance in a win over Somers this past week.

    Grace Gleeson, Yonkers Montessori

She earned Yonkers City Tournament MVP honors, after scoring four goals and one assist in the title game. She also assisted on both goals in the Eagles' 2-0 semifinal game against Saunders.

    Lola Gonzalez, Blind Brook

The Trojans' sophomore striker has made her mark in Blind Brook's unbeaten start to the season. She tallied seven goals and one assist, despite playing limited minutes at times, through Blind Brook's 4-0 stretch.

    Aubrey Haesche, Albertus Magnus

She's naturally the starting goalkeeper, but the Holy Cross commit stepped up and filled a hole at center back to solidify the Falcons' defense. A tip of the hat to Haesche, as she looked like a natural in her new role on the back line and helped Albertus Magnus get off to an unbeaten start that includes wins over Cicero-North Syracuse, Shenendehowa, Irvington and a hard-fought draw against Washington D.C. power St. John's College High School.

    Allison Kahn, Scarsdale

The Raiders' all-section standout recorded at least one goal or assist in each of Scarsdale's games to start to help her team go 3-0. She assisted on the lone goals in 1-0 wins over Horace Greeley and Ossining. She also scored in their 2-1 win over John Jay-East Fishkill.

    Lyla Keenan, Rye

The senior midfielder has been a catalyst in the Garnets' unbeaten start to the year, which includes wins over out-of-section powers Fayetteville-Manilus and Monroe-Woodbury, as well as wins over Tappan Zee, Somers and a draw with Pearl River. Keenan has recorded at least one goal or assist in every game so far, while providing a big presence in the midfield and clamping down key opposing players.

    Sam Schultz, Pleasantville

The Panthers' eighth-grader is off to an impressive start in her varsity debut season. She had a hand in 14 of 15 total goals scored throughout Pleasantville's 3-0 start, which included a Mount Pleasant Cup title repeat. Schultz racked up eight goals and six assists throughout this season-opening stretch. She was also named the Mount Pleasant Cup tournament MVP.
