We are rivers, woods, mountains. Skyscrapers, sidewalks. Traffic. Solitude. A vibe. Cities, towns, villages, hamlets. Here, our photographers train their craft on what makes this place our place .

The City of Mount Vernon in lower Westchester County is a rich and diverse community. From shopping, historic sites, and home to many churches and places to eat, it welcomes neighboring communities to come and visit.

The city was also home to many well-known personalities such as entertainer Dick Clark, author E.B. White, recent Gold medal Olympian Rai Benjamin , basketball player Ben Gordon and many more.
