A Plain City, Ohio woman was arrested Monday, July 15 after a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy conducted a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 30 near Elm Road. The deputy spotted a blue passenger car traveling east at a very high rate of speed which led to the traffic stop. The vehicle was checked at 103 mph.
