Boston opens its first Bike Town, a place for kids to learn bike riding
The City of Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu announced the grand opening of Bike Town at Moakley Park on Thursday. Bike Town is a family-friendly space where kids can practice riding and rolling in a fun and safe environment. These are designed to teach children how to safely navigate streets and increase their overall confidence while riding a bike.
PCBs delay start of North Country Union High School and move classes into tents
North Country Union High School students will start the school year learning in tents after testing registered high levels of PCBs in the school’s primary academic wing. Dorchester man arrested in fatal stabbing
A Dorchester man is under arrest in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred in the Boston neighborhood on Friday night.
