Chipotle Returns to Bixby Knolls

Chipotle is coming to Bixby Knolls at 3700 Atlantic Ave , according to a recent liquor license application. The space was formerly occupied by Carls Jr., which closed towards the end of last year. The new location’s Google listing says it will be open in July.

The corporate-owned chain has been the subject of criticism in recent months due to rising prices and shrinking portions, and has had several scandals involving E coli and salmonella making customers sick over the years – but that doesn’t seem to be stopping them from expanding their presence.

Last week, the international company announced a 50-for-1 stock split, which will be one of the biggest stock splits in New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) history.

The Denver-born brand founded by Steve Ells is known for allowing customers to build their own burritos, burrito bowls, salads, tacos, and quesadillas.
