Long Branch Church Holding School Supply Giveaway

LONG BRANCH, NJ — After collecting school supplies for nearly two weeks, a Long Branch church is preparing to give everything away.

The Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church is hosting a book bag and school supply giveaway on Saturday. The event, held at the church on 65 Liberty St., is from noon to 6 p.m. The event is first-come, first-serve.

There will be a game truck, along with fun and fellowship, according to a Facebook post.

The church held a school supply drive earlier this month to collect the materials to give away.
