Salt Creek Fire now 41% contained
Updated July 14 at 9:22 a.m.: According to the National Interagency Fire Center, containment on the Salt Creek fire grew to 41% overnight. The fire is still 4,081 acres big. The Salt Fire is approximately 10 miles east of Eagle Point and burning on private and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land.
