1126 Lincoln Ave., Holbrook

NYM Group Inc. leased a 5,000-square-foot industrial building on 2 acres at 1126 Lincoln Ave. in Holbrook. Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, 1126 Lincoln Ave. LLC, in the lease transaction.

 

11 Collins Ave., Sayville

11 Collins Avenue LLC, an affiliate of a Long Island-based commercial real estate investor, purchased the 12,000-square-foot building on .60 acres at 11 Collins Ave. in Sayville for $1.05 million. The property was once the home of the Sayville Library. The buyer plans to reposition the property so it can be leased to an office tenant, according to a broker on the deal. Built in 1965, the property has on-site parking for 18 vehicles, with additional parking available in a municipal lot across the street. The current Sayville Library is located at 88 Greene Ave. Michael Gronenthal and Michael Murphy of Douglas Elliman Commercial represented the buyer, while their Douglas Elliman Commercial colleagues Dennis Gandley and Steven Bezmen represented the seller, Unitarian Universalist Congregation, in the sales transaction. Gronenthal and Gandley are currently marketing the property for lease.

 

168 Atlantic Ave., Freeport

Starbucks leased a 3,034-square-foot restaurant building on .38 acres at 168 Atlantic Ave. in Freeport. The property was formerly occupied by Boston Market, which closed at the end of January. The new Starbucks is expected to be open this summer. Russel Helbling of Katz & Associates represented Starbucks, while the landlord, Basser Kaufman, was self-represented in the lease transaction.

 

2 East Park Ave., Long Beach

Starbucks leased a 3,000-square-foot restaurant building on .45 acres at 2 East Park Ave. in Long Beach. The property was formerly occupied by a Burger King restaurant. The new Starbucks is expected to open this summer. Russel Helbling of Katz & Associates represented Starbucks, while the landlord, Philips International, was self-represented in the lease transaction.
