    Seaford mixed-use property trades for $980K

    A mixed-use propertyin Seaford has sold for $980,000.

    Seaford Estate Properties LLC purchased the two-story, 4,650-square-foot building on .19 acres at 3591 and 3595 Merrick Road.

    The buyer plans on using the property for his beverage distributor business.

    The mixed-use building has a ground-floor retail/showroom, an apartment on the second floor and another 1,200-square-foot apartment next door.

    The retail space was formerly occupied by Seaford Vac & Sew, a business that repaired vacuum cleaners and sewing machines.

    Maurice Thomas of Jacob Wolf Realty represented the buyer, while Jon Winzelberg, Juliana Chiarelli and Jason Sobel of RIPCO Real Estate represented the seller, Anthony Patel, in the sales transaction.
