TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Contracts have been awarded for two upcoming turnpike construction projects in Topeka, Kan. According to the Kansas Turnpike Authority, Contract No. 8094 has been awarded for drainage rehabilitation at mile marker 178, I-470/KTA. The contract was awarded to Bettis Asphalt & Construction, Inc., Topeka, Kan., for $143,615.
